David, you continue to impress me with your humor. However, I feel like I didn't have an overlapping idea very much. You need to shorten a lot. Smith said 5 min max. Put less talking and more pictures. You have the main points down for sure.
Consider the idea of stating the idea at the beginning, I didn't hear one. Then, use a quote from a memoir and add analysis on how it ties in, then move to the next memoir. Try limiting it to 45 seconds per memoir. Then you have a little bit of time for a beginning and ending too.
David,Your stories were all very funny. during most of them I was laughing quite hard. It was a bit long, but it did keep my attention most of the time. I would have liked to see more pictures. Very nice job! :)-Emily Harden
Oh David... That was fantastic. You are hilarious. The transitions weren't incredibly smooth but you kept me paying attention because they you were so hilarious. Good job.
David, that was absolutely hilarious. I was laughing the entire time, as your dry humor continued to crack me up. It needs to be shortened a lot though. It way long, even though your humor captured the audiences attention perfectly. Also, try to have a connecting factor, not just "events that have changed my life". That is the definition of a memoir. But great job. It made my day.
This was so great. It was a tad long, but honestly I found it hilarious. You kept it interesting with your wonderful sense of humor :-) I'd try to connect the pieces a little bit more, but other than that it was very good. I like how you make something as simple as mushrooms into something so significant. Great job!
David your voice thread was awesome. It was a good length and you made me laugh throughout the whole thing. The only bad thing was it didn't flow very well because of all the pauses and loud noises of the microphone moving. Considering all of these things I still think you did a great job.
I feel like I had the wrong idea of what this was supposed to be. I thought it was going to be more casual and that it really showed who I was. So I only had key points and excerpts written out in front of me. The microphone was a problem. But I think I kept the audience entertained. I think I also used memoirs that were really significant to me.
