Monica Smith Memoir

  1. I thought this was a really great memoir. Throughout the entire memoir you constantly brought it all back to Sarah which was good since that was your main topic in the beginning. I also like how in the end, we actually get to see the real side of you when you say Im done :)

  2. Monica,
I really enjoyed this memoir. I loved how personal you were with it. I think it takes and incredible stong person to be so open with those kinds of memories. I just want to let you know that you are one of the prettiest people I know. I loved your project. thanks for sharing!! :)

  4. Monica, I really liked your memoir. The theme was touching and had an important message. I loved how at times you could really hear emotion in your voice and that added to the message. I also loved how you compared your old principal to Ms.Trunchbull. It really painted a picture. It was really brave of you to be as open as you were with this project and I am really impressed. Overall, great job.
    P.S. I loved the ending :)

  5. I give the quality of my voice a 3.5 out of 4. I had good enunciation, volume and speed, and I used a proficient amount of emotion that my point got across. I could have used more emotion though, and maybe incorporated other people's voices as well.

  6. Your voice was very emotional and you could defiantly tell that what you were talking about was very impactful on you how much some things really mattered to you. You had a lot of moments that you spoke of that I'm sure that almost every single girl could relate to. Some of the words and phrasing you used really helps make your point and that's really good. As good as I think it was it was a little long and some moments I think you could have shortened a little. Over all very good.

  7. MoMo, I really enjoyed that awful picture of me and Hannah at the concert<3 But your memoir was very well focused yet diverse; you had a lot of different memories, but they connected to each other in a logical way. You had a great amount of corresponding visuals and your voice infliction was well balanced and drew the viewers in. Some parts had a lot of speaking paired with only one visual, and it was times like those where I wish you would have put more pictures. Overall, it was really good, would score at least a 3.5!
Also, Hannah and I listened to "I'm donnnneeee" like ten times. <3
